International Services
BCFS’ overseas division, Children’s Emergency Relief International (CERI), leads programs throughout Latin America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa that care for children and families in crisis. CERI has routinely been tapped by governments for emergency relief, counseling and policy advising that makes a profound difference in the social structure of foreign countries.

Emergency Preparedness & Response
BCFS offers emergency management support services to jurisdictions that assists with preparedness, response and recovery efforts. As a national leader in emergency management, the organization has been called on by state and local governments to provide incident management, sheltering operations, and emergency response training for communities affected by natural disasters and other emergencies.

Youth & Teens
BCFS fills the parental void for teens aging out of the foster care system by teaching youth the basic life skills they need to transition into life on their own. This stateside program has been carried forth into Eastern Europe, teaching youth aging out of orphanages the skills they need to survive as adults and avoid falling victim to human trafficking. BCFS teaches students how to avoid getting caught up in risky behaviors, such as premarital sex, drug use and juvenile crime, in addition to helping families mitigate and resolve conflict.

Care for the Disabled
BCFS’ faith-based residential community for developmentally/ cognitively disabled adults encourages residents to develop their artistic talents and promotes self-care and self-management, empowering each resident to lead a fulfilling life.

Juvenile Justice
BCFS’ intensive intervention program aims to deter juveniles' patterns of troubled behavior. Juveniles with multiple offenses who are at risk of institutionalization are referred to BCFS’ program by their probation officers.

Community Development
BCFS’ inner-city programs encourage at-risk youth to succeed in school and take part in positive initiatives that will help them rise out of poverty into prosperity. Collaborative efforts and campuses help BCFS and other organizations make a profound difference in the communities we serve.

Medical Services
BCFS’ mobile medical clinics and services care for communities on a daily basis as well as when disasters strike. BCFS provides perinatal care for expecting moms and healthy check ups to children living in United States colonias, and teaches parents how to create healthy homes to raise their children.
